State Legislative Action Center

 

        It’s easy to send your legislators a message!

 

  1. Dial the Legislative Hotline at 1-800-562-6000.  It’s open from 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00-1:00 on Saturdays.

 

  1. They will ask you your name, address, zip code and phone number.

 

  1. You can choose to leave a message for a maximum of 4 people—your state senator, two representatives, and the governor.  (They will tell you who your senator is and your two representatives are, based on your zip code.)

 

  1. Read your brief message (ex. I encourage you to support or oppose…..)

Visit the Legislature's member roster website here and find your Representatives and Senator to send them an email, call, or schedule an in person appointment.
